Raffett products are made with leather materials. Please handle with care for longer product life.
- Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
- Fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity, and store in the provided flannel bag.
- Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery is free for all orders over $300 in US. Otherwise, delivery is $10.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in US, 3 to 7 in Canada. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.
