All our products are made in Dakar, Senegal. We work with a small workshop specialized in luxury leather goods.
Leather is a living and natural material. A well-treated leather can become even more beautiful and unique over time.
To extend your product's life, we advise you to waterproof it with a product adapted to your bag's leather. Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the color of the leather over time. That's we advise you to put your product in its dustbag when you are not using it.
For better results, we also recommend that you stuff your bag with paper so that it keeps its original shape. Close zips and avoid damp areas.
This is strongly advised, especially for suede products. If you intend to waterproof your bag, take the time to carefully choose a product adapted to its leather. The best is to ask your shoemaker. It is important to note that even waterproofed, it is preferable not to use your products in rainy weather.
We strongly recommend to avoid using your product in rainy weather. Leather is a living and natural material. Therefore, it is best to avoid extreme heat, humidity or rain. In the case of use in the rain, it is common that small bubbles appear on the leather. Those will fade naturally over time.
When you don't use your product, we recommend that you put it in its protective bag. Ideally, put some tissue paper inside the bag to maintain its original shape (like a shoe tree keep the shape of your shoes), close the zips and avoid wet areas.

We are based in the US and we ship from the State of Washington.
During the week: 24 to 48 hours. Over the weekend: the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Yes, delivery is free in US for purchases over $300. Otherwise, delivery is $10.
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in US, 3 to 7 in Canada. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
We are so sorry you received a damaged item! Our customer care team would be happy to assist you with a solution within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, with the hang tags attached. Please email us at support@raffett.com with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. A photo of the damage
3. A photo of the front of the item for identification.
You may return any unused product for exchange only within 14 days after the delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective, or an error has occurred in the order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted for return and exchange. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-10 business days. The items purchased during promotions are final sales and are not exchangeable or refundable.
